This is one page of many psychology notes I've written this year. Notes may be boring for most classes but I am allowed notes while I take quizzes so these are very useful. I actually don't mind taking notes for psychology at all, mostly because we cover almost all of the material in class, but also because it is a good study tool. Psychology is easily one of my favorite classes because the material interests me.
In addition to the notes we take, my teacher gives us surveys. This one in particular is about suicidal people. Though the topics are not always the easiest to talk about, I find them interesting to learn about. These surveys help us classify ourselves and our classmates. They let us know what kind of tendencies we have compared to the norm, our peers, and sometimes our gender.
This bubble map helps me differentiate and classify different types of disorders. Because of the many different symptoms and origins, these disorders can be difficult to identify. This is another good study tool for when the chapter test and final comes around. Reading about how frequently people can have these disorders is a little frightening but interesting at the same time.
